If evidence is found or we strongly feel smoking has occurred in a non-smoking room during your stay, we will assess a $100.00 per stay cleaning fee. No Pet Policy The Village Inn Motel does not allow pets. Failure to comply with this policy will result in eviction from the property and a surcharge of $100.00 added to your hotel bill. In addition, you are financially responsible for any property damage caused by the pet, including lost potential hotel income.
